Application Scenarios
Energy storage power stations, energy storage containers, energy storage cabinets, battery compartments and other lithium battery energy storage environments. It monitors real-time carbon monoxide concentration inside compartments and triggers alarms when concentration exceeds thresholds to prevent thermal runaway accidents of batteries.
FAQ
Q1. What gas does this detector measure, and what is its measuring range?
A1. It is dedicated to carbon monoxide detection, with a measuring range of 0~2000 ppm.
Q2. What is the power supply voltage, and which power supply is recommended?
A2. Rated voltage: 24V DC, operating voltage range: 18~32V DC. Stable pure DC power supply is preferred; switching power supplies with strong interference are not recommended.
Q3. What is the maximum number of detectors that can be connected in a network?
A3. Detectors are connected in daisy-chain mode via RS485 bus, supporting up to 32 units per bus. A 120Ω terminal resistor shall be installed at the last detector.
Q4. How often should the detector be cleaned and calibrated?
A4. Clean dust on air intake every six months; conduct alarm test once a year. The detector is pre-calibrated before delivery, re-calibration is unnecessary unless detection deviation occurs.
Q5. Where are the forbidden installation positions?
A5. Do not install the detector where it is directly exposed to oil fume, steam spray, strong air flow, inverters/motors or enclosed small cabinets, which will cause reading drift or permanent sensor damage.
