XUXIN Technology successfully held the Aba Mengtun River Valley team building activity

Recently, in order to enrich the cultural life of employees and enhance team cohesion, XUXIN Technology held a 2-day and 1-night team building activity with the theme of "Melting the Team, Transcending Yourself" in the beautiful Aba Mengtun River Valley.

On the first day of the event, the coaching team carefully planned a series of ice breaking games, quickly bringing employees closer together. In the "Ice Breaking and Setting Sail" game, employees broke the awkwardness of meeting for the first time through self introduction and fun interaction, laying a good atmosphere for the following activities. In the following "60 seconds of speed" challenge, each group needs to complete a series of tasks within a limited time, which not only tests the tacit understanding among team members, but also stimulates everyone's teamwork ability. The subsequent game of "finger pressure board beach landing" pushed the atmosphere of the scene to a climax, and the employees felt the joy of teamwork amidst laughter and joy.

At night, the bonfire party showcased the team spirit to the fullest. Everyone sat around the campfire, singing and dancing, sharing each other's stories and insights. In addition, the hiking activity on the second day allowed employees to experience the power of persistence and collaboration while getting close to nature.
